Energy Healing
Energy Healing is the clearing or removing of energy blocks, balancing and charging the Human Energy Field or Aura. The Aura is the luminous energy that surrounds and interpenetrates the physical body. There are several layers or bodies which the Aura is comprised of. Each layer relates specifically to the physical, the emotional, the mental and the spiritual realms of our existence.
From the perspective of a healer, illness begins in the upper level of the Aura. This correlates to a belief system or belief systems, which we hold in our subconscious. This belief then funnels down through the lower layers to the physical body where it manifests as disease or illness = an imbalance and a forgetting of who we truly are. Healing occurs when the energy blocks are transformed - then a remembering and an acknowledging of our true essence can be realized - that we are pure love and light.
There are various ways and techniques to clear, balance, realign and charge the Energy Field. I studied the methods of Barbara Ann Brennan using her books "Hands of Light" and "Light Emerging" at the Wakepoint School of Energy Healing. I also incorporate Usui Reiki techniques and Shamanic Healing techniques, depending upon the needs of the client.
All of these methods clear, balance and charge the Human Energy Field resulting in a more harmonious way of Being in Body, Mind and Spirit.
